ALL SALES ARE FINAL

There are no refunds, exchanges or transfers. If the show is cancelled, refunds will be given. Please provide a valid telephone number or email address so we can notify you.

RAIN OR SHINE

All of our events are rain or shine. All cruises have outdoor and indoor rooms and dance floors that are heated. In the case of inclement weather conditions changes in event times and/or locations may occur.

COAT CHECK

Coat check is available during winter months at the charge of $5 per item.

IDENTIFICATION

In order to enter our events all guests must bring corresponding valid ID (Passport is required for International Guests). No photocopies or pictures of IDs will be accepted.

NOTICE OF FILMING AND PHOTOGRAPHY

By entering our event or program, you enter an area where photography, audio, and video recording may occur. All event photos can be found at www.iboatnyc.com/gallery

DENIED ENTRY

We assume no responsibility to reimburse any fees associated with the denied entry. Denied entry may occur if patrons are: – Under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol – Attempting to bring any prohibited items on board – Acting out of a character – Using any and all fake/false identification(s) – not complying with the COVID-19 NY City Guidelines (lack of vaccination cards)

SEATING

All cruises have plenty of seating however in order to reverse a table for a group ahead of time VIP Reservation shall be made. Please contact info@crustnation.com for more details on packages.
